Complaints Procedure
We take any concern seriously and want the opportunity to put things right. This page sets out how to raise a complaint and what happens next.
Raising a concern
Please speak to a member of the practice team, telephone 0113 456 7890, or write to us at hello@roundhaydental.co.uk. Concerns raised in person can often be resolved immediately.
Complaints are handled by the Practice Manager, who is responsible for investigating your concern and keeping you updated.
How we respond
We acknowledge every complaint within three working days and aim to give a full written response within ten working days. If an investigation needs longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated at least every ten working days.
We will investigate, keep you informed of progress and set out our findings in writing.
If you remain dissatisfied
For private treatment you may contact the Dental Complaints Service on 020 8253 0800. Concerns about a clinician's fitness to practise can be raised with the General Dental Council on 020 7167 6000, and concerns about the safety or quality of the service with the Care Quality Commission on 03000 616161.
