No treatment outcome is guaranteed. Suitability, timescales and fees are individual to each patient and confirmed only after clinical assessment.

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once the practice has confirmed it with you.

Fees are set out in a written treatment plan before treatment begins. Treatment over £500 may require a 20% deposit to reserve surgery time. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to change an appointment; shorter notice or a missed appointment may be charged at 50% of the reserved time.
