Patient information
Everything you need before your visit
Practical guidance on appointments, fees, urgent care and practice policies. If anything is unclear, please contact the practice and ask.
- Your first appointment
- Allow around an hour. We will take a full history, examine your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, capture any records needed and then discuss findings and options with you.
- Fees and treatment plans
- Fees are itemised in a written treatment plan before any treatment is agreed. A new patient examination is £75, hygiene appointments start at £70, and consultations for cosmetic or implant treatment are £95.
- Payment and finance
- We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfer and cash. Interest-free payment plans over 6 to 12 months are available on treatment over £500, subject to status.
- Cancellations
- Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at 50% of the reserved time.
- Emergency care
- Urgent problems are prioritised and we aim to see registered patients the same working day. During opening hours, telephone 0113 456 7891. Outside opening hours the same number carries a recorded message with the current out-of-hours arrangements.
- Accessibility
- The practice has step-free entry from Street Lane, a ground-floor surgery and an accessible toilet. Free patient parking is available at the rear, and the 2 and 12 bus routes stop nearby.
